What You'll Do:

As a Senior Helpers Caregiver, you will consistently demonstrate behaviors that promote dignity, independence, and trust. On a typical day, you will:

Build meaningful relationships

• Initiate friendly, engaging conversations that make clients feel heard and valued.
• Participate in clients' preferred activities - such as gardening, scrapbooking, or playing games to encourage social engagement.

Support daily living with professionalism

• Assist clients with walking, dressing, grooming, bathing, toileting, and other personal care tasks while maintaining their comfort and safety.
• Prepare simple, nutritious meals and support safe eating routines.

Promote safety and independence

• Observe clients' mobility, behavior, and physical or cognitive changes and report concerns promptly through our communication app.
• Follow care plans accurately and adjust your approach to meet each client's daily needs.

Maintain accurate documentation
