Job summary

Comfort Keepers is hiring compassionate caregivers to help older adults in Northeast Ohio live safely, independently, and joyfully at home. You will provide companionship, meals, light housekeeping, and support with daily activities in clients’ homes.

We offer flexible schedules, paid training, mileage reimbursement, and ongoing support to help you grow. All experience levels welcome; a background check and motor vehicle screening are required, and driver’s license is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide non-medical care: companionship, meal prep, light housekeeping, safety support
• Assist with ADLs such as bathing, grooming, and safe mobility (training provided)
• Engage with clients — doing tasks with them, not just for them
• Bring joy by participating in activities they enjoy, conversations, hobbies, or outings
• Build trusted, respectful relationships with clients and their families
• Communicate observations and updates to the office

• $17–$20/hr. based on experience; $0.50/hr. increase after 90 days
