Job summary

Nala Care Inc. is hiring dependable caregivers for non-medical in-home care to help seniors and individuals with disabilities stay safe, comfortable, and independent at home. Roles include personal care, meal prep, light housekeeping, mobility support, and companionship.

We offer full-time and part-time opportunities with flexible scheduling and a supportive scheduling team to ensure dependable coverage for clients in the Fremont area.

Qualifications

• Must be dependable and able to report to scheduled shifts on time.
• Must provide or complete required First Aid, CPR, and Abuse & Neglect training before placement.
• Ability to safely assist clients with personal care and mobility needs.

Responsibilities

• Bathing, grooming, dressing, and personal care.
• Meal preparation and light housekeeping.
• Mobility and transfer assistance.
• Companionship and supervision.
• Follow individual client care plans.
• Maintain professional and respectful communication with clients, families, and Nala Care staff.
