Nala Care is hiring dependable caregivers to join our growing team in Omaha, Nebraska and surrounding areas. We provide non-medical in-home care to help seniors and individuals with disabilities stay safe, comfortable and independent at home.

We offer full-time and part-time opportunities with competitive hourly pay based on experience and availability. You will support clients with daily living activities, companionship, and transport while maintaining professional communication with families

Qualifications

• Must be dependable and report to shifts on time.
• Must successfully complete required background screenings.
• Must complete First Aid, CPR, and Abuse & Neglect training before being placed on schedule.
• Reliable transportation preferred; driver's license and auto insurance required for transportation roles.
• Ability to safely assist with personal care and mobility needs.
• Professional, respectful, and compassionate attitude.
• Caregiving experience preferred but not required for all positions.

Nala Care is hiring dependable, compassionate caregivers to join our growing team!

Our caregivers provide non-medical in-home care that helps seniors and individuals with disabilities remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their homes.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living

• Bathing, grooming, dressing, and personal care

• Meal preparation and light housekeeping

• Mobility and transfer assistance

• Companionship and supervision

• Medication reminders

• Transportation and errands when assigned

• Follow individual client care plans

• Maintain professional and respectful communication with clients, families, and Nala Care staff

• Accurately document services provided

• Communicate scheduling and client-related information through AxisCare

Requirements
