Job summary

Nova Leap Health Corp. is seeking compassionate caregivers for evening shifts in the Northampton and Amherst areas to provide in-home support and promote client independence and comfort.

We offer weekly pay, flexible scheduling, and a range of benefits, plus paid orientation and ongoing training. Applicants should have reliable transportation, be able to pass background checks, and demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Previous caregiving or home care experience is a plus.
• Compassionate, dependable, and professional attitude.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license when transportation is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate in-home care to clients in the Northampton and Amherst areas.
• Assist with daily living activities and maintain safety and comfort for clients.
• Communicate clearly with clients, families, and care teams to coordinate care.
• Attend required trainings and adhere to care plans and safety protocols.
