Job summary

Home Instead is recruiting a caregiver in San Francisco to provide compassionate in-home support for seniors. You will build strong relationships with clients, assist with meals, light chores, and personal care, and coordinate care through our mobile app.

A supportive team is available 24/7 to ensure safety and success. Hours are flexible as full-time positions, with weekly pay and benefits; bilingual applicants are encouraged.

Qualifications

• Willing to work at least two weekly shifts with the same client
• Basic English speaking, reading, and writing abilities
• Compliance, license, or registration requirements as needed

Responsibilities

What you’ll do as a caregiver

• Assist with meal preparation and perform light housekeeping duties.
• Provide personal care services, including assistance with grooming, bathing, restroom use, and managing incontinence.

• Leverage our industry-leading mobile app for real-time updates on client needs, schedule management, and earnings tracking.

Requirements

• Willing and able to work at least two weekly shifts with the same client(s) to provide consistent care and build strong relationships
