Job summary

Home Instead in Durham, NC is seeking a compassionate Caregiver to support seniors at home. You will build trust with clients through companionship, assist with daily activities, and enjoy the security of a 24/7 office team behind you.

Earn $15.00–$16.50 per hour with weekly pay, paid training, sick leave accrual, holidays at 1.5x, and eligibility-based benefits. Use our mobile app for scheduling and earnings updates while growing your caregiving skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months of paid professional caregiving experience (non-family) OR be a CNA, HHA, LVN/LPN, or RN
• Have reliable transportation to and from clients (drivers preferred but not required)
• Minimum of two professional references
• Willing and able to work at least two weekly shifts with the same client(s) to provide consistent care
