Home Instead is seeking a caring caregiver in Oakland, CA. You will build trusted relationships with seniors, provide companionship, assist with daily tasks, and deliver high-quality personal care.

The role offers dedicated team support, access to scheduling tools, and opportunities for ongoing training. Applicants should have at least 6 months of paid caregiving experience (or be a CNA/HHA/LVN/LPN/RN) and possess basic English skills.

Formación

• Minimum of 6 months paid professional caregiving experience (non-family) OR be a CNA, HHA, LVN/LPN, or RN.
• Willing and able to work at least two weekly shifts with the same client(s) to provide consistent care.
• Have basic English speaking, reading, and writing abilities (Bilingual or multilingual individuals are encouraged to apply).
• Complete any necessary compliance, license, or registration requirements.

• Assist with meal preparation and perform light housekeeping duties.
• Provide personal care services, including grooming, bathing, restroom use, and managing incontinence.
