Job summary

Senior Helpers of Coastal OC is seeking a kind and dependable caregiver to assist seniors with daily routines and help them stay safely and with dignity in their own homes. Service Area includes Mission Viejo, Laguna Niguel and nearby areas.

Compensation ranges from $19.00 to $23.00 per hour with flexible schedules including full-time and part-time, weekends. Benefits include bonuses, training, mileage reimbursement, and local assignments close to home.

Qualifications

• Experience in caregiving (professional or personal) or willingness to learn.
• Ability to pass Background Check and Drug Test.
• HCA registration preferred (can be completed after hire).
• Recent negative TB test.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable personal vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Help with daily needs like bathing, dressing, and meal prep.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Assist with light housekeeping, errands, and medication reminders.
• Transport to medical appointments and local errands.

Requirements
