Job summary

Home Instead is seeking caregivers in Montgomery County to provide compassionate in-home care for seniors. You will drive to clients' homes in the greater Philadelphia area, requiring a valid driver's license and a dependable vehicle.

The role offers full-time hours with a supportive team and access to tools and training to help you focus on caring for clients. Benefits include weekly pay, referral programs, paid training, sick leave accrual, paid holidays at 1.5x, medical/dental/vision coverage

Qualifications

• Minimum of three professional references.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Willing to work at least two weekly shifts with the same client.
• Basic English speaking, reading, and writing abilities (bilingual/multilingual encouraged).
• Complete any necessary compliance, license, or registration requirements.

• Assist with meal preparation and perform light housekeeping duties.
