Job summary

Home Instead in Dallas, TX is seeking compassionate Caregivers to support seniors in their homes. You’ll be part of a dedicated team using our caregiver app and scheduling tools, with weekly pay and benefits for eligible employees. A valid driver’s license and dependable vehicle are required, and you may care for clients with pets.

Responsibilities include companionship, meal prep, light housekeeping, and personal care. Flexible shifts and growth opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months paid professional caregiving experience (non-family) or relevant healthcare certification.
• Must have a valid driver's license and dependable vehicle.
• Two professional references required.
• Willing to work at least two weekly shifts with the same client to provide consistent care.

What you’ll do as a caregiver

Requirements

• Minimum of 6 months of paid professional caregiving experience (non-family) OR be a CNA, HHA, LVN/LPN, or RN
• Must have a valid driver's license
• Minimum of two professional references
• Willing and able to work at least two weekly shifts with the same client(s) to provide consistent care and build strong relationships
• Have basic English speaking, reading, and writing abilities (Bilingual or multilingual individuals are encouraged to apply)
• Complete any necessary compliance, license, or registration requirements
