AbriCare is seeking compassionate caregivers to join our team in the North Kansas City, Missouri area. You will provide essential in-home personal care and support to clients, helping them maintain independence and a high quality of life while enjoying flexible scheduling and competitive wages.

Responsibilities include assisting with personal care, meals, light housekeeping, medication reminders, companionship, mobility support, and errands.

Qualifications

• Compassionate and reliable nature.
• Previous caregiving experience preferred but not required.
• APC or CNA certification encouraged but not required.
• Reliable transportation plan.
• Ability to pass a comprehensive background check.
• A working smartphone for time and attendance usage.

The Role:

As a Caregiver with AbriCare, you will provide essential personal care and individualized support to clients in their homes, allowing them to maintain independence and a high quality of life.

We offer flexible scheduling options to fit your lifestyle, along with competitive hourly wages.

• Assisting with personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Preparing nutritious meals and assisting with feeding
• Performing light housekeeping tasks
• Providing medication reminders
• Offering companionship and engaging in meaningful activities
• Assisting with mobility and transfers
• Completing essential shopping and errands (not transporting clients)

What We Look For:

• A compassionate and reliable nature
• Previous caregiving experience is preferred but not required
• Dedication and a willingness to learn
• Caregivers with Advanced Personal Care (APC) and/or Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) are strongly encouraged to apply; APC or CNA certification a plus, but not required
• Reliable transportation plan
• Ability to pass a comprehensive background check
• A working smartphone (for time and attendance usage)
