Qualifications

• Assist residents with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility as needed.
• Engage residents in meaningful conversations and social activities.
• Follow care plans and maintain compassion and professionalism at all times.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care to residents with respect and dignity.
• Assist with activities of daily living and daily chores (vacuuming, dusting, dishes).
• Engage residents in conversation and monitor well-being.
• Training/certification may be required based on state regulations.
