As a caregiver, you will provide a variety of care services, from household chores to personal care, tailored to each individual’s needs.

Job Responsibilities

Responsibilities vary by client but may include:

MAINTAIN INDEPENDENCE

• Drive seniors to appointments, meetings, and church services.
• Assist with trips to local markets.
• Go to lunch or enjoy ice cream with your client.

RESTORE DIGNITY

• Assist with bathing and grooming.
• Manage incontinence care sensitively.
• Perform light housekeeping to reduce stress at home.

KEEP HEALTHY

• Prepare meals to maintain vitality.
• Provide medication reminders to prevent hospital readmissions.
• Ensure safety with memory care.

SUPPORT OTHERS

• Assist with physical therapy exercises.
• Observe and report changes in condition.
• Support hospice care as needed.

Job Requirements

Requirements include:

HEART FOR SENIORS:

• Genuine desire to work with seniors.

ABILITY TO WORK:

• Typically 8 or 12-hour shifts in the Goodyear area.
• Overtime may be available.

SENIOR SAFETY:
