Consumer Direct Care Network Nevada invites compassionate individuals to join our in-home care team, delivering essential support to adults in their homes across Gardnerville and surrounding areas. You'll assist with daily activities, meal prep, light housekeeping, mobility, and safety, while building meaningful relationships.

What You’ll Do as a Caregiver

You’ll provide essential, in-home support to up to five individuals per week (depending on your availability and travel preferences). Your role may include:

• Helping clients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility
• Supporting independence through meal prep, light housekeeping, errands, and companionship
• Providing dignified care with transfers, toileting, and feeding assistance
• Being a reliable and caring presence that promotes safety, wellness, and quality of life

What You Bring:

• A kind heart, a strong sense of responsibility, and a desire to help others
• Ability to follow care plans and complete tasks with professionalism and respectWillingness to travel to member homes (caseload varies by region and preference)
• Comfort working independently and communicating clearly with clients and care teams

Requirements (We cover the costs!)

• A recent physical or Statement of Good Health
• Based on program selection -- Negative TB screening within the past 12 months (2-step skin test)
• Current CPR and First Aid certification (we offer training if needed)
• Ability to pass a background check and fingerprint clearance
