Job summary

Consumer Direct Care Network Nevada (CDCN) is looking for compassionate caregivers to provide in-home support to clients in our community. You’ll assist with daily activities, promote independence, and help maintain safety and quality of life in clients’ homes, delivering dignified, person-centered care.

This role offers flexible scheduling and travel to member homes, with training available and a supportive care team to follow care plans, document progress, and communicate clearly with families

Qualifications

• Recent physical or Statement of Good Health
• TB screening within the past 12 months (2-step skin test)
• Current CPR and First Aid certification (training available)
• Ability to pass a background check and fingerprint clearance

• Supporting independence through meal prep, light housekeeping, errands, and companionship

What You’ll Do as a Caregiver

You’ll provide essential, in-home support to up to five individuals per week (depending on your availability and travel preferences). Your role may include:

• Helping clients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility
• Supporting independence through meal prep, light housekeeping, errands, and companionship
• Providing dignified care with transfers, toileting, and feeding assistance
• Being a reliable and caring presence that promotes safety, wellness, and quality of life
