Job summary

Consumer Direct Care Network Nevada (CDNV) is seeking in-home caregivers to help clients live safely and independently at home. You will provide compassionate, person-centered support in clients’ homes across a flexible caseload.

Responsibilities include assisting with daily activities, meal prep, light housekeeping, and mobility, with a focus on dignity and safety. Travel to member homes is expected, with training provided for certifications.

Qualifications

• A recent physical or Statement of Good Health is required.
• Negative TB screening within the past 12 months (2-step skin test).
• Current CPR and First Aid certification (training available).
• Ability to pass a background check and fingerprint clearance.

• Provide essential in-home support to clients, assisting with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
• Support independence through meal preparation, light housekeeping, errands, and companionship.
• Assist with transfers, toileting, and feeding as needed.

What You’ll Do as a Caregiver

You’ll provide essential, in-home support to up to five individuals per week (depending on your availability and travel preferences). Your role may include:

• Helping clients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility
• Supporting independence through meal prep, light housekeeping, errands, and companionship
• Providing dignified care with transfers, toileting, and feeding assistance
• Being a reliable and caring presence that promotes safety, wellness, and quality of life
