SYNERGY HomeCare Franchising, LLC is seeking experienced caregivers to join our team for in-home and community-based care in Billings, MT. You will support clients of all ages with daily living activities, health needs, and emotional well-being, helping them maintain independence and dignity.

Qualificações

• Experience in caregiving preferred.
• Ability to assist with ADLs and mobility.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
• Provide medication reminders and support health routines.
• Deliver specialized care for clients with Alzheimer’s, dementia, or memory-related conditions.
• Prepare nutritious meals based on dietary needs and preferences.
• Perform light housekeeping to maintain a safe, comfortable environment.
• Safely assist with transfers and mobility, including use of equipment such as Hoyer lifts.
• Monitor and document client condition, behavior, and progress.
• Maintain confidentiality.

Job Summary

What You’ll Do

• Maintain strict confidentiality

• What You Bring

  • Experience in caregiving (home care, assisted living, nursing home, hospice, or long-term care preferred)

  • Background supporting individuals with developmental disabilities, autism, or specialized care needs

  • Knowledge of dementia and memory care best practices

  • Ability to safely assist with lifting and transfers

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • A reliable, compassionate, and patient-centered approach
