Your primary responsibilities include assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and personal care, while following individualized service plans (ISP) and documenting any changes. You will promote safety, dignity, and independence, and engage residents through conversation and daily activities.
