Job summary

Morada Senior Living in Albuquerque, NM, is hiring Care Givers for Morada Quintessence. You will provide hands-on care and emotional support to residents in a safe, home-like environment.

Must be 18+, HS diploma/GED, CNA certification preferred, and prior experience with seniors is a plus. Strong communication and customer service skills are essential; we offer paid training, full-time and part-time shifts, and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Certified Nurse’s Aide certification preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age.
• Previous experience working with seniors preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively with Residents, management, and co-workers.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining cleanliness of resident’s room and work areas
• Helping residents maintain independence, promoting dignity and physical safety of each resident
• Participating and assisting residents with activities of daily living (i.e. bathing, dressing, toileting, grooming, ambulation, transferring, eating) as instructed
• Engaging residents in life skills and other life enrichment activities
