Job summary

Madison Pointe Senior Living seeks a Caregiver for full-time 1st shift (7a-3p) with every-other weekend availability. You’ll support residents with daily living activities, personal care, social engagement, and mobility in a compassionate, respectful manner.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, and CPR certification is preferred. Prior direct care experience is a plus, and we value reliability and a friendly, neat appearance as part of our CAPLICO culture.

About the Opportunity

TheCaregiversupports residents with activities of daily living including personal hygiene, socialization, cognition, and physical health. Encourages resident independence, supports resident choice and preserves resident dignity through professional conduct and interactions.

• Displays personal initiative to complete work without constant supervision.
• Demonstrates consistent work attendance as scheduled and addresses work related problems with the proper individuals.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior direct care experience preferred.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Current CPR certification preferred.
• Meets age requirements according to facility policy and state regulations.
