Job summary

The Cottages in Idaho is seeking compassionate caregivers to provide at-home style care to our seniors, helping with daily activities and ensuring safety during night shifts. We value genuine love, growth, and a meaningful everyday impact in a small, intimate community.

Experience is preferred but not required; we provide industry leading training. The schedule is Friday–Monday, 10p–6a, with benefits including health and vision insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• GREAT ATTITUDE, one of compassion and a sincere desire to help others
• Ability to take direction, follow rules exactly, be proactive and thoughtful
• Successful completion of a Criminal History check
• Pass the post-offer drug test
• Be able to lift at least 50lbs
• Be 17 years of age or older
