Job summary

The Cottages is seeking compassionate caregivers to join our small, home-like senior living community in Meridian, Idaho. You’ll provide attentive care, companionship, and help with daily activities to improve residents' safety, comfort, and dignity.

Experience is preferred but not required; we offer industry-leading training. PT NOC, PT day and evening shifts. Benefits include health, vision, dental insurance, paid time off, 401k with employer match, and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Caregiver requirements include a great attitude and sincere desire to help others.
• Successful completion of a Criminal History check and passing a post-offer drug test.
• Ability to lift at least 50lbs and be 17+ years old.

Responsibilities

• Hygiene and grooming assistance (bathing, dressing, etc.).
• Med administration and medication assistance (Med Tech).
• Monitoring and safety supervision.
• Meal preparation and light housekeeping.
• Ambulation and mobility assistance.
• Laundry and companionship.
