Job summary

The Cottages is a small, home-like senior care community in Idaho, seeking compassionate caregivers to help residents live safely, comfortably, and with dignity. You will provide daily living assistance, med tech support, meals, companionship, and monitor safety, making a meaningful daily impact.

Qualifications

• Caregiver must demonstrate compassion and a sincere desire to help others.
• Ability to take direction, follow rules exactly, be proactive and thoughtful.
• Successful completion of a Criminal History check.
• Pass the post-offer drug test.
• Be able to lift at least 50 lbs.
• Be 17 years of age or older.

• Hygiene and Grooming Assistance (bathing, dressing, etc.).
• Med Assistance / Med Tech.
• Monitoring/Safety Supervision.
• Meal Preparation.
• Light Housekeeping.
• Ambulation/Mobility Assistance.

Experience

is preferred but not required. We will provide industry leading training for all applicants. We are looking for compassionate employees that want to grow, learn, and move up with our company.

MONDAY TUESDAY Med tech then Wednesday Thursday Friday Float
