Job summary

Sittercity Incorporated is seeking a caring caretaker for my 7-year-old son in New York. Availability from early morning (6:30 a.m.) to mid‑afternoon (4:30 p.m.) is required, with flexibility for school drop-offs as needed.

You will lead speech therapy/ABA activities and engage him in 1‑on‑1 learning, library, park, museum or zoo outings, and other age‑appropriate experiences. Ideal candidates are 25+, have prior child-care experience, ABA training, and can make learning fun while keeping

• Experience with children.
• ABA training and ability to make sessions fun.
• Availability from early morning (6:30 a.m.) to about 4:30 p.m., with flexibility for school drop-offs.

Job description

In need of a caring caretaker for my 7-year-old son

I would love someone who is really willing to help me out especially when I have work 3x times during the week and with Back-to-school time coming up! (being put on the bus and taken off when the day is over) My son also needs someone who will give him lessons (speech therapy) (ABA time) or do 1 on 1 activities with him or even get more exposure to certain things (Ex. Library, park, do museum or zoo days, etc.) Otherwise, he is a loving, happy, and smart child you would love to be around, and we can't wait to meet you and would be happy to welcome you into our home with open arms.

Requirements:

• 25yrs or older
• Has prior experience with children
• Trained in ABA learning and makes it fun overall
• Most Important** Able to be available from early in the morning (6/630am) until 4/430p in the afternoon. Note: you do not have to stay in home during the day if/when gone off to school :) More than welcome to take time for self until pickup time
