Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred.
• Valid drivers license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance.
• Ability to communicate effectively and be patient and compassionate.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal hygiene and daily living activities.
• Support participants in achieving developmental goals.
• Help participants participate in community activities.
• Maintain safety, privacy, and document observed changes.
