Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking empathetic Home Health Aides (HHAs) and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to support clients in the Boston area including Waltham, Newton, Cambridge and surrounding towns.

Qualifications

• HHA certificate or CNA license required.
• Prior care experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to perform ADLs and assist with mobility.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Assist with range-of-motion exercises and mobility.
• Support transfers and use of lifting devices as needed.
• Monitor and report vital signs (temperature, pulse, respiration).
• Household tasks related to care (meal prep, laundry, bed care).
• Assist with ambulation and medication support.

• Home Health Aide (HHA) Certificate OR Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) License

Job Responsibilities for Home Health Aides (HHAs) / Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs):

• Activities of daily living
• Range of motion / exercises
• Transfers / use of mechanical lifting devices
• Vital sign checks: temperature, pulse, respirationi>e>y>uh[, M. j, o].
• Home Management Tasks: laundry, meal preparation, bed making etc.
• Assisting with ambulation
• Medication assistance
