1. Flexible work schedules on a variety of home and facility assignments, procedures, and treatments

Responsibilities:

1. Assist with personal care such as bathing, dressing, ambulation, and transfers
2. Accompany clients to the grocery store, doctor appointments, and pharmacy visits
3. Assist clients with active and passive mobility work defined by the plan of care, and document observed changes to the Director of Nursing

Requirements:

1. High school diploma or GED
2. Valid CPR Certificate
3. Negative TB skin test within the last 12 months
4. Valid Driver’s License and auto insurance with reliable vehicle
5. Adhere to HIPAA and maintain client confidentiality
6. Must be eligible status on AHCA level 2 background
7. Negative drug screen and motor vehicle background screening
8. Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English and communicate effectively
9. Must be able to stand, walk, squat, bend, kneel, reach, twist, push, and pull. Varied assistance is required depending on the mobility of the client. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
