Job summary

BrightStar Care of Rancho Cucamonga is seeking caring Caregivers and CNAs to join our compassionate in-home team. You will assist clients with daily activities, provide a friendly presence, and help support a personalized care plan in the home.

Under an experienced RN Manager, you will receive paid training and enjoy flexible scheduling. This is non-medical home care focused on dignity, safety, and independence for clients in their own homes.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Certification CPR (ARC).
• Certified CPR and current TB test, if applicable.
• Minimum one year of documented experience.
• Licensed driver with reliable transportation that is insured.
• Adhere to HIPAA and maintain client confidentiality.
• Ability to read, write, speak and understand English.
• Should be registered with CDSS as an HCO.
• Provide proof for a clear TB test results.
• Should have a clear CDSS background check.

Responsibilities

• Caregiver/Home Care Aide is a member of the home care team who works under the supervision of the RN Manager and performs various personal care services as necessary to meet the client's needs.
• The Caregiver will be assigned in a manner that promotes quality, continuity and safety of a client's care.
• This position will not perform any medical or skilled services. Services provided will be non-medical.
