Families Choice Home Care is seeking a Caregiver in Rancho Cucamonga, CA, to provide compassionate in-home support for clients unable to care for themselves due to illness or disability. The caregiver will assist with daily living activities, meals, and mobility while maintaining dignity and respect.

Responsibilities include light housekeeping, errands, accompanying to appointments, and medication assistance.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or higher.
• Driver’s license.
• Must be able to complete a Criminal Background report.
• State Registration.
• TB Test.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds at a time.
• Ability to reach, bend, kneel and stand for long periods.

Responsabilidades

• Home assistance – Provide light housekeeping, run errands or provide transportation if needed. Accompany clients to appointments and assist with medications. Prepare meals, purchase food and provide personal assistance with general living needs. Personal services could include toileting, bathing, feeding and grooming.
• Companionship – Provide companionship and conversation by stimulating, encouraging and assisting an individual.
