Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience with Alzheimer's/Dementia, transfers, and personal care.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Must pass a background check and maintain a clean driving record for the past 3 years.

Responsibilities

• Provide non-medical in-home care including transportation, errands, personal care, and medication reminders.
• Communicate effectively with clients and their families.
• Share on-call responsibilities during evenings and weekends.
