Qualifications

Dependable, punctual and professional behavior expected.
Must be able to communicate effectively with the office.
Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
Reliable transportation is required.

Responsibilities

Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and personal hygiene.
Provide companionship and emotional support.
Assist with mobility, transfers, and fall prevention.
Prepare meals and assist with feeding as needed.
Perform light housekeeping, laundry, and household tasks.
Provide medication reminders as permitted by agency policy.
Assist with errands, shopping, and transportation to appointments.
Observe and report changes in clients’ conditions.
Maintain accurate documentation and communicate with the care management team.
Provide compassionate care while maintaining client dignity, privacy, and safety.
