Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license (if applicable).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Compassionate, dependable, and empathetic attitude.
• Willingness to learn and grow within the caregiving field.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient-centered care tailored to clients’ needs.
• Assist with daily living activities: bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility.
• Prepare meals and snacks as needed.
• Medication reminders and management assistance as directed.
• Offer companionship and social interaction.
• Light housekeeping, errands, and other supportive tasks.
• Report changes to the care coordinator or supervisor.
