Home Helpers Home Care of Sarasota is seeking compassionate caregivers in Venice, FL, offering flexible full-time and part-time shifts. Earn $17-$19 per hour while helping seniors live independently at home.

Most openings are weekday daytime shifts; prior caregiving experience is welcomed, with or without CNA/HHA certification. You will build meaningful client relationships and a rewarding caregiving career.

Qualifications

• Previous caregiving experience preferred.
• Experienced caregivers with or without CNA/HHA certification encouraged to apply.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance required.
• Clean driving record.
• Access to email and a smartphone.
• Respect client privacy and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and assistance.
• Offer companionship and social interaction.
• Prepare meals and assist with eating.
• Assist with light housekeeping tasks.
• Provide transportation to appointments.
• Follow individualized care plans.
• Communicate professionally with clients, families, and office staff.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
