Home Helpers Home Care of Sarasota is hiring compassionate caregivers in Sarasota to provide one-on-one care to seniors in the comfort of their own homes. Most openings are weekday daytime shifts, offering flexibility and a dependable schedule.

We welcome experienced caregivers, CNAs, HHAs, and professionals with hands-on caregiving experience, even without CNA or HHA certification. Benefits include paid training and a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Professional caregiving experience preferred.
• Caregivers with or without CNA or HHA certification are encouraged to apply.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Valid Driver's License and Auto Insurance.
• Clean Driving Record.
• Access to email and a smartphone.
• Respect for client privacy and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with personal care, including bathing and toileting.
• Providing companionship and emotional support.
• Preparing meals.
• Performing light housekeeping.
• Providing transportation.
• Following individualized care plans.
• Communicating professionally with clients, families, and the office team.
• Other duties as assigned
