Home Helpers Home Care of Sarasota is hiring compassionate caregivers in Sarasota to provide one-on-one care to seniors in the comfort of their own homes. Most of our current openings are weekday daytime shifts, offering a dependable schedule with flexibility.

We welcome experienced caregivers, CNAs, HHAs, and professional caregivers with hands-on experience, even without CNA or HHA certification. Earn $17 to $19 per hour with flexible Full-Time and Part-Time opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience in professional caregiving preferred.
• Encouraged to apply with or without CNA/HHA certification.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance.
• Clean driving record.
• Access to email and a smartphone.
• Respect for client privacy and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care, including bathing and toileting.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Prepare meals.
• Perform light housekeeping.
• Provide transportation as needed.
• Follow individualized care plans.
• Communicate professionally with clients, families, and the office team.
• Other duties as assigned.
