Job summary

Sevita is seeking a Float Caregiver in East Grand Forks to support three homes, including assisting with personal care and daily needs. Must be able to cover 3pm-11pm, 7am-3pm, and overnight shifts as required.

You'll work to help participants grow, stay active, and achieve personal goals, with the support of a mission-driven team and full benefits for full-time staff.

Qualifications

• Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patient, compassionate, reliable and responsible.

Responsibilities

Fulltime Flexible/Float

Must be able to work all 3 shifts based on needs of the home 3pm-11pm's/ 7am-3pm's/ Overnights 11pm-8am

As a Float you will help out at 3 homes in the East grand forks as well as run errands to pick up supplies.
