Job summary

Sevita's REM Community Services in Grafton, ND is hiring a Full Time Direct Support Professional earning $22.35 per hour. The schedule includes Monday, Tuesday, Thursday 3pm-10pm, Friday 3pm-8pm, alternating Saturdays and Sundays 8am-10pm.

You will support individuals with developmental disabilities in community-based settings, help with personal care, encourage participation in activities, and foster independence while following care plans.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred.
• Strong communication, adaptability, multitasking, teamwork, and time-management skills.
• Patient, compassionate, reliable, and responsible.
• Valid driver's license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance.

Responsibilities

This position requires someone who has had a valid Driver's License for at least one year post permit, and a clean Motor Vehicle Report that meet's Sevita's insurability policy.
