Sevita REM Community Services in Duluth, MN seeks a caregiver to assist individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. The role offers competitive pay and a full benefits package. You will help with personal care, daily living skills, and community participation.

This full-time position requires compassionate, patient, and responsible behavior, plus reliable transportation. The team emphasizes growth, support, and meaningful client relationships.

Formación

• Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred.
• Communication, adaptability, multi-tasking, teamwork, time-management are key skills.
• Behaviors: Patient, compassionate, reliable, responsible.
• Vehicle: Valid Driver's license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance.

• Assist participants with personal hygiene and support with behavioral challenges and other complex needs.
