Job summary

Helping Hearts USA LLC is seeking experienced in-home caregivers to provide compassionate, professional care for seniors and individuals needing assistance with daily living. Roles available: full-time, part-time and PRN with day and overnight shifts, shift lengths from 2 to 12 hours, and weekend availability.

You will assist with personal care, meals, hydration, and medication reminders, and support memory-related conditions.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of professional caregiving or related experience.
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Compassion, patience, reliability, and professionalism.
• Ability to complete required background checks and drug screening.
• Reliable transportation and, when required for the assignment, a valid driver’s license and insurance.
• Ability to safely perform assigned duties.

Responsibilities

• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and incontinence care.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Assist with meals, hydration, and medication reminders.
• Support clients with dementia, Alzheimer’s, and memory-related conditions.
• Assist with mobility, transfers, repositioning, and bedbound care as qualified.
• Perform light housekeeping, laundry, and meal preparation.
• Monitor clients’ well-being and report changes or safety concerns.
• Complete accurate documentation and follow care plans.
