Job summary

Arvum Senior Living is seeking caring CNAs for immediate openings on all shifts, including a 3rd shift role. You will provide hands-on care, assist with daily activities, and help maintain a safe, home-like environment for residents. Competitive benefits and growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required; CNA preferred for faster onboarding.
• Must be 18 years or older and able to communicate effectively with residents and staff.
• Experience with seniors is preferred; strong judgment and problem solving expected.
• Excellent customer service and ability to handle multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of resident rooms and work areas.
• Assist residents with daily living activities while promoting independence and safety.
• Support residents with bathing, dressing, toileting, grooming, ambulation, and transfers as instructed.
• Engage residents in life skills and enrichment activities.

The Care Giver's role includes providing hands on care and physical and emotional support to each resident while maintaining a safe and comfortable home like environment.

Responsibilities:

• Maintaining cleanliness of resident’s room and work areas
• Helping residents maintain independence, promoting dignity and physical safety of each resident
• Participating and assisting residents with activities of daily living (i.e. bathing, dressing, toileting, grooming, ambulation, transferring, eating) as instructed
• Engaging residents in life skills and other life enrichment activities

Qualifications:

• Certified Nurse’s Aid certification preferred
• High School diploma/GED
• Must be 18 years of age
• Previous experience working with seniors preferredAbility to communicate effectively with Residents, management and co-workers
• Superior customer service skills
• Ability to handle multiple priorities
• Must demonstrate good judgment, problem solving and decision making skills
