Home Matters Caregiving is an in-home care agency serving seniors and adults across Clemson, Pickens, Oconee, and surrounding Upstate South Carolina communities. We prioritize strong communication, consistent support, and long-term relationships with our caregivers.

We are seeking dependable, compassionate caregivers who provide high-quality, client-centered care to help clients remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their homes. Flexible shifts and part-time options are available.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Minimum 1 year of caregiving experience (home care or facility-based).
• Must reside in South Carolina.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and proof of auto insurance.
• First Aid certification required per DHEC.
• Must pass background check and drug screening.
• Dependant, punctual and professional.
• Able to meet the physical demands of caregiving, including lifting up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs).
• Provide personal care including hygiene, grooming, and mobility assistance.
• Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping and laundry.
• Offer companionship and emotional support.
• Monitor client safety and report changes to the care team.
• Follow individualized care plans and document daily activities.

Caregiver – Starting at $17/hr + $50 Sign-On Stipend

• Location: Clemson / Pickens / Oconee County, SC

• Pay: Starting at $17.00 per hour (opportunity for increase based on experience, availability, and performance)

• Schedule: Full-time & Part-time | Flexible shifts available | 12-hour shifts / 36-hour week preferred
  

Sign-On Incentive

$50 sign-on stipend paid after completion of the first two weeks of employment with a minimum of 30 hours worked and no no-call/no-shows.
