Home Matters Caregiving is seeking dependable caregivers in Clemson, Pickens, Oconee counties in South Carolina to provide high-quality, client-centered in-home care.

Starting pay is $17.00 per hour with weekly pay, plus a $50 sign-on stipend after two weeks and opportunities for raises based on performance. Must be 21+, 1 year caregiving, valid driver's license, background check. This is a full-time and part-time role with flexible shifts including 12-hour shifts.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Minimum 1 year of caregiving experience.
• Must reside in South Carolina.
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and proof of auto insurance.
• First Aid certification required per DHEC.
• Must pass background check and drug screening.
• Dependable, punctual, and professional.
• Able to meet the physical demands of caregiving, including lifting up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)
• Provide personal care including hygiene, grooming, and mobility assistance
• Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping and laundry
• Offer companionship and emotional support
• Monitor client safety and report changes to the care team
• Follow individualized care plans and document daily activities

Caregiver – Starting at $17/hr + $50 Sign-On Stipend

Sign-On Incentive$50 sign-on stipend paid after completion of the first two weeks of employment with a minimum of 30 hours worked and no no-call/no-shows.
