Job summary

Endurance Home Care is seeking Care Professionals to provide compassionate in-home care across Fairfield County, CT. The role emphasizes companionship, daily living assistance, and transportation support, with flexible shifts including evenings and weekends.

You must have at least 3 years of professional caregiving experience, a valid driver’s license with access to a car, and the ability to lift and assist clients. We offer competitive hourly pay and meaningful opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of professional caregiver experience.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and access to a car.
• Ability to lift significant weight and assist in transferring clients.
• Will comply with commuting within Fairfield County, CT.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Bank account with direct deposit capabilities.
• No serious criminal offenses as verified by background check.

Responsibilities

• Companionship, conversation and social interaction.
• Light housekeeping and laundry.
• Meal preparation and grocery shopping.
• Safety supervision and mobility assistance to prevent falls.
• Assistance with activities of daily living including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting and incontinence care.
• Client transportation for errands and appointments.
• Medication reminders and assistance with filling prescriptions.
• Follow care plan and daily/weekly health status reports to the Care Team.
• Facilitate and manage medical appointments and related health activities.
• Monthly in-service trainings.
