Job summary
Endurance Home Care seeks Care Professionals for per diem shifts in Connecticut, offering weekday, night, evening and weekend hours. You will provide companionship, assist with daily living activities, light housekeeping and meal preparation while supporting clients with safe mobility.
Competitive pay of $20-$25 per hour, weekly direct deposit, premium holiday pay, wage increase opportunities, and referral programs are offered.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience as a caregiver.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and ability to drive.
- Legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Willingness to commute within Fairfield County, CT.
Responsibilities
- Provide companionship, conversation and social interaction.
- Assist with light housekeeping and laundry.
- Meal preparation and grocery shopping.
- Safety supervision and assistance with mobility to prevent falls.
- Help with activities of daily living including bathing, grooming, dressing and toileting.
- Transport clients to errands and appointments.
