Job description

We are hiring for Caregiver / Direct Support Professional roles in the Mocksville, Cleveland, and Salisbury areas. The position is a regular full‑time or part‑time role with a $3,000 sign‑on bonus for full‑time and $1,500 for part‑time staff.

Schedule

Multiple shifts are available. Shifts cover all days of the week, Monday through Sunday, with schedules varying by location.

Responsibilities

• Assist with health and safety procedures
• Assist with people’s supported development
• Assist with person‑supported community life
• Provide support to team members and supervisors
• Assist with person‑centered plan and outcomes
• Assist with medical requests
• Assist with data collection and reporting

Position Requirements

• At least 18 years of age
• Valid driver’s license
• High school diploma or GED
• Physical ability to lift 30lbs, lift 70lbs, pull 50lbs, squat, kneel, crawl, crouch, climb, stoop, use hands for handling objects, and stand and walk regularly
• Proficiency in CPR
• Good vision (close, distance, peripheral)
• Complete pre‑employment screening: criminal background check, registry name check, drug testing, education verification, proof of employment history if required, and proof of driving credentials if a position requires transportation
