Job summary

All Ways Caring HomeCare is seeking a compassionate caregiver to support individuals with developmental disabilities in their homes across Southern California. No prior experience is required as comprehensive orientation and training are provided.

You’ll help with daily living tasks, recreational activities, and mobility assistance to enhance quality of life. We offer flexible work schedules close to home, competitive pay with daily pay options, benefits and 401K participation, and opportunities

Qualifications

• No prior experience required; orientation and training provided.
• Eighteen years of age or older with a valid driver's license.
• Effective verbal and written communication.
• Capable of handling confidential information responsibly.
• Accountable, reliable, and able to work independently with good judgement.
• Successful completion of pre-employment background check.
