Job summary

Cambrian Homecare, LLC is seeking compassionate caregivers to provide one-on-one in-home support for children or adults with developmental disabilities in the Los Angeles area. We offer a flexible schedule, a $200 sign-on bonus, weekly pay, 24/7 office support, employee recognition and a referral bonus program to reward your dedication and reliability.

Responsibilities include engaging clients, supervising safety, assisting with daily activities, personal care as needed and supporting routines

Qualifications

• 18+ years old.
• 6+ months of verifiable professional experience in the field.
• Ability to pass a background check and references.
• Current TB test, Physical, CPR and First Aid certification valid within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Engage and supervise the client for safety.
• Behavioral activities.
• Assist with chores, homework and maintain routines.
• Before and after school care.
• Hygiene care as needed.
• Comfortable providing different levels of personal care.

Skills

Caregiving experience

CPR/First Aid certified

Background check readiness

18+ years old

6+ months professional experience
