Job summary

Family Resource Home Care in Denver is seeking compassionate caregivers to support clients at home across Denver, Arvada, Wheat Ridge and nearby Jefferson County. We offer both part‑time and full‑time schedules with competitive pay and paid training.

Benefits include weekly pay, mileage reimbursement, flexible scheduling, paid orientation, supportive team and ongoing training. You need a valid driver’s license, smartphone and the ability to lift and assist with daily living activities.

Qualifications

• 18 years+ and able to lift 10–50 lbs on occasion.
• Must own a smartphone with app capability.
• Pass state and national background checks.
• Valid driver’s license, auto insurance and clean driving record.
• Ability to drive clients in your own vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Transport clients in your vehicle to appointments or activities.
• Visit multiple clients per day with safe, reliable care.
• Assist with daily living activities and provide companionship.
• Support clients with meals, grooming and household tasks.
• Monitor client well‑being and report changes to the team.
• Attend orientation and ongoing training as needed.

This is for our Denver office. We are needing caregivers in Denver, Arvada, Wheat Ridge, Northglenn, Thornton, Westminster, Parker, Castle Rock and all of Jefferson County. We offer both part time and full-time schedules.

Pay $19-$19.29 hr plus paid training and mileage

Current Needs

• Comfortable transporting clients using the caregiver's vehicle
• Visit more that one client per day.
• Able to commute 20 minutes from your home

Caregiver Job Duties

Our caregivers support their clients in activities of daily living such as (but not limited to):

• Household chores (cleaning, laundry, dishes, etc.)
• Cooking and/or serving meals
• Helping clients bathe, dress, and groom
• Providing companionship through daily activities and hobbies
• Driving clients (as needed) to the store or appointments
• Monitoring and reporting on their condition

Additional Information

• If hired, you will be scheduled for orientation at your branch. Once you have completed onboarding, orientation, and training, you can start working with clients!

Requirements

• 18 years+
• Ability to lift a minimum of 10lbs and up to 50lb rarely.
• Must own a smart phone with capabilities to download and use a mobile app.
• Ability to pass a state and national background check
• Valid driver's license, auto insurance and clean driving record
• Ability to drive clients in your own vehicle.
