Job summary

Senior Helpers of Keller is seeking compassionate in-home caregivers to join our dedicated team. You will provide non-medical care, companionship, meal prep, light housekeeping, and assist with activities of daily living in clients' homes.

You must have at least 1 year of professional caregiving experience in home care or related settings, be comfortable using digital tools for scheduling and documentation, and pass background checks.

Qualifications

• You must have at least 1 year of professional caregiving experience in home care, assisted living, nursing, or a similar setting.
• You are tech-ready and comfortable using digital tools to manage your schedule and care documentation.
• You will pass a comprehensive criminal background check and pre-employment screenings.

Responsibilities

• Provide non-medical care including companionship, meal prep, light housekeeping, and ADL assistance with dignity.
• Maintain detailed care logs and report client changes to the office, ensuring HIPAA and EVV compliance.
• Collaborate with office staff to deliver the 'Senior Care, Only Better' experience and support families.
